Do you have a minimum order requirement? 

The minimum order requirement is $180

 

Do you charge shipping?

Each order will be charged $40 at time of checkout

 

When will my order ship? 

Orders ship within 4-5 business days  

 

Where do I find tracking information?

You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped 

 

Part of my shipment is missing or incorrect, what do I do?

Contact us at orders@jiminys.com and we will work quickly to make it right

 

How do I get a receipt/paid invoice?

You will receive an email with the invoice as soon as it has been paid. If you need to download a previous invoice or order, go to "My Account" then choose "All Orders" and you can download the sales order or invoice from that page.

How do I get brochures and other sales materials?

Sales materials, literature, and other tools are available for download or print on our Website
